Accessories

• Wire shelf

For cookware, cake tins, roasts.

• Baking tray

For cakes and biscuits.

• Aluminium baking tray

For cakes and biscuits.

• Turnspit

For roasting larger joints of meat and poultry.

• Grill deflector

To protect the knobs when you use the grill.

• Storage compartment

The storage compartment is below the oven

cavity. To use the compartment, lift the lower

front door then pull it down.

WARNING!

The storage compartment can

become hot when the appliance

operates.

Before first use

WARNING!

Refer to Safety chapters.

Initial Cleaning

Remove all accessories from the appliance.

Refer to "Care and cleaning"

chapter.

Clean the appliance before first use.

Put the accessories back to their initial position.

Preheating

Preheat the empty appliance to burn off the

remaining grease.

1. Set the maximum temperature.

2. Let the appliance operate for approximately

1 hour.

WARNING!

Accessories can become hotter than

usual.

The appliance can emit an odour and smoke.

This is normal. Make sure that the airflow is

sufficient.

Let the oven cool down. Dampen a soft cloth

with warm water and a little mild washing-up

liquid and use this to clean the oven cavity.

Installing the steam outlet cover

For selected models only. Applies only for hob

models with a white lid.

The hot air emitted from the steam outlet can

cause discolouration of the white hob lid. This

area becomes yellow. To prevent this install the

steam outlet cover.

1. Place the hooks of the cover under the front

edge of the steam outlet holes.

2. Push down the back edge to lock the cover.
